The Lawyer Referral & Information Service (LRIS) was established in 1985 with the purpose of providing confidential, prompt and professional legal referrals. LRIS is operated as a public service entity. Our goal is to match individuals in need of legal services with experienced attorneys specializing in the area in which they need assistance.
We also provide legal and general information as well as referrals to consumer, goverment, and other agencies. The referrals take into consideration the type and complexity of the legal problem presented, financial circumstances, spoken language and geographical convenience.
